Before designing bulk bag products, FIBC bag manufacturers must formulate the principles and methods of design requirements. Design requirements must be detailed and clear, reasonable and advanced. Detailed refers to listing all the design requirements as much as possible according to production standards and customer requirements, and preparing a detailed list of design requirements; and reasonable refers to the design proposed by the FIBC bag manufacturer The requirements must be realistic and cannot be divorced from its own production capacity and contemporary ton bag design and production levels.
FIBC bag manufacturers divide product design requirements into primary requirements and secondary requirements. The primary requirements are directly related to the function, performance and technical and economic indicators of ton bags, while the secondary requirements are indirectly related to product quality. The main requirements include the following:
1. It is a functional requirement. Ton bags must meet the requirements for cargo loading and transportation;
2. It is an adaptability requirement. The ton bag must have certain functions such as weather resistance, corrosion resistance and moisture resistance, and can adapt to the external environment of packaging and transportation;
3. It is a production capacity requirement. When designers design products, the production process required must be within the capabilities of the container bag manufacturer, and the production efficiency can meet customer requirements;
4. It is the service life requirement. Under normal use environment, the performance degradation of the container bag due to wear must be within the allowable range and have a long service life.
Secondary requirements are design requirements put forward by FIBC bag manufacturers to further improve product performance and meet additional customer requirements. For example, when a customer has anti-static requirements for a ton bag, a layer of anti-static paint must be applied on the surface to reduce the amount of static generated by friction. For another example, when customers have strict moisture-proof requirements for ton bags, the FIBC bag manufacturer must design an additional inner bag based on the original product to add a moisture-proof line of defense for cargo packaging.
